HANISEE, Judge.
Diane Slusser (Plaintiff) appeals the district court’s order of summary judgment based on the expiration of the statute of limitations and Plaintiffs failure to meet her burden of persuasion for an age discrimination claim. Plaintiff argues that the statute of limitations should not have commenced until she knew or should have known that a younger person had replaced her as an employee of Vantage Builders, Inc.
