SARGUS, District Judge.
Ronnie Lee Curtis appeals the decision of the district court which found that the United States Parole Commission has lodged a valid detainer against him. He also appeals the decision of the district court finding the United States Parole Commission did not violate the Interstate Agreement on Detainers. We affirm.
