FELIPE REYNA, Justice.
This is a declaratory judgment/inter-pleader action instituted by Chesapeake Exploration Limited Partnership to determine the ownership of certain non-participating royalty interests. The trial court granted George Philips Huey, Jr.’s summary-judgment motion, declaring him to be the sole owner of these interests.
