Pending before the court are defendant’s motions to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2), improper venue under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(3), and for failure to state a claim under Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(b)(6). Dkt. 5.
