WISDOM, Circuit Judge:

We hope that this opinion proves to be the epilogue and not just another episode in the series of controversies between Mooney Aircraft Company and the National Labor Relations Board.

In April 1960 Lodge 725, International Association of Machinists, AFL-CIO, began a strike to force Mooney’s recognition of the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of the production and maintenance employees.
