This is an appeal from the judgment of-the District Court of Midland County. Appellant, Elder Chevrolet Company, a partnership composed of J. H. Elder and S. M. Erskine, was plaintiff below; Bailey County Motor Company, 'a partnership composed of Joe Machen and Mack Kim-mons, and Southwestern Investment Company, a corporation, were defendants.
