A Terrell County jury convicted Steve Morgan of eight counts of cruelty to animals. On appeal, Morgan contends that the trial court should have granted his motion to suppress and motion in limine relating to the warrantless search of his property. Morgan also challenges a special condition imposed upon his probation and supersedeas bond preventing him from owning, possessing, or caring for any animal.
