On December 25, 1961, at approximately 6:30 P.M., Bill Milner, one of the appellants herein, was returning to his father’s home on Highway No. 183, traveling west, between Benton and Bauxite. Milner was operating a 1959 Chevrolet Belair, the property of the father.
