On March 9, 1964, appellee applied to appellant for two policies of insurance. J. E. Bryant, sales manager for appellant, personally secured said applications and filled in appellee’s answers to questions appearing upon same. Appellee signed the applications. As completed the applications for insurance set forth that appellee then had no physical defect.
