Plaintiff: brought suit against Arnold Matheson and Harold Matheson, copartners, doing business as Walton-Kedzie Garage tó recover damages he had sustained by reason of damage done his automobile. The case was dismissed as to Arnold Matheson and a finding and judgment entered against the defendant Harold Matheson for $170.
