Rashad Wearing, a federal prisoner at the Federal Correctional Institution in Forrest City, Arkansas (FCI-Forrest City), was indicted on one charge of being an inmate in possession of a prohibited object, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1791(a)(2) and (d)(1)(B). After his motions to dismiss were denied, Wearing conditionally pleaded guilty, reserving his right to appeal the denials. The district court2 sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment to run consecutively to the term of imprisonment he was already sery-ing. Having jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm.
