Plaintiffs brought this action in state court, claiming breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and malicious fraud against Yasuyuki Kaneko, Richard Neal, J.E. Franklin, C.D. Douglas and Jim Whalen (collectively, “the Frankenburg defendants”).
