Plaintiff Michael Provenzano (“Provenzano”), a chiropractor, filed this G.L.c. 90, §34M action to recover $1,763.00 in Personal Injury Protection (“PIP”) payments from defendant Arbella Mutual Insurance Company (“Arbella”) for medical services he provided.
