MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This cause is before the Court on Plaintiffs Motion to Remand (Doc. # 10) filed on June 16, 2008. This lawsuit was originally filed in the Circuit Court of Macon County, Alabama. Defendant Paccar, Inc. (“Defendant”) removed this case to this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) under diversity jurisdiction theory. Plaintiff Stephen Thibodeaux (“Plaintiff’) filed a motion to remand, arguing that the amount in controversy requirement of 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a) was not satisfied.
