This cause is before the Court on the Motion to Remand (Doc. # 6) filed on July 16, 2008 by Plaintiff. Arguing that this Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a), Defendant General Motors Corporation (“GM”) removed this action from the Circuit Court of Montgomery County, Alabama pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1441(a) on June 26, 2008.
