The appellee sued the appellant, before a justice of the peace of Johnson county, Indiana. There was a trial by the justice, which resulted in a finding and judgment in favor of the appellant, from which judgment an appeal was taken to the court below by the appellee. Appellant’s demurrers to each paragraph of • appellee’s complaint were overruled by the court below, and to these decisions appellant excepted.
