WAITE, J.

{¶ 1} Appellants Donald C. Dudley Jr., Coitsville Township Police Department, and Coitsville Township/Coitsville Board of Township Trustees appeal a February 16, 2017 decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court denying their motion for summary judgment in this matter. Appellants collectively argue that they are entitled to immunity arising from an accident caused by a police pursuit.
