MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
TROUTMAN, District Judge.
To recover for personal injuries caused by an automobile accident in Wilton, Maine, in *382November 1976, plaintiff, a Pennsylvania resident, brought this diversity action against defendant, a non-profit corporation existing under the laws of the state of Utah. Defendant now moves, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a), to transfer the matter to the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
