Defendant Victor Lindsey is currently serving a 181-month sentence for, among other offenses, possession with intent to distribute cocaine base. After the Sentencing Commission adopted amendments to the Sentencing Guidelines in 2007, Defendant moved for a sentence reduction under 18 U.S.C. § 3582(c)(2). He moved for a further reduction after the Commission’s 2011 amendments took effect.
