The government appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment. The facts are detailed in the opinion of the district court, reported at 356 F.Supp. 1004 (D.Ariz.1973). To summarize briefly, government employees Lee Limbs, Sr., and Lee Limbs, Jr., were injured in an automobile accident on May 2, 1965, while performing official duties.
