Introduction
Upper Hanover Township has filed a Complaint requesting declaratory relief as *492to four of the Debtors in this jointly administered case. Specifically, the Township requests that the transfers of certain real estate be declared taxable. The Debtors oppose the same. The Township moves for summary judgment on the question. A hearing on the matter was held on September 11, 2013 after which the Court took the matter under advisement.
