MURRAH, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment of' the trial court denying the appellant’s-petition for a writ of habeas corpus on the grounds that the petition presented' no question cognizable in a habeas corpus proceeding.

The petitioner is now serving a sentence under a judgment of the district court for the Eastern District of Illinois-for the unlawful possession and transportation of firearms in interstate commerce, in violation of Title 15 U.S.C.A. § 902(e).
