Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 9, 1977, convicting him of robbery in the first degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. In his summation, the prosecutor repeatedly told the jurors, over defense objection, that in order to acquit the defendant of possession of a gun, they would have to find that "[the arresting officer] took that stand and he lied.
