This is an action brought to recover upon stockholders’ subscription liability. Forty-one stockholders were joined as- defendants. -Nine of these stockholders appeared and answered, and after trial of the issues judgment was rendered in their favor. Two made default and judgment was rendered against them. The S. K. D. Oil Company, defendant, was organized August 12, 1910, with a capital stock of five hundred thousand shares of a par value of one dollar each. The corporation issued its entire capital stock to G. M.
