RILEY, Circuit Judge.
After being injured while operating a stand-up power lift truck, Sherry Anderson (Anderson) sued Raymond Corporation (Raymond) in Arkansas state court for negligence and strict liability, alleging manufacturing and design defects, as well as failure to warn. Raymond removed the suit to federal court. The district court 1 struck the testimony of Anderson’s expert, then denied Anderson’s motion to reconsider the order.
