EVERETT, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of members at Peterson Air Force Base, Colorado, on July 19, 1990. Contrary to his pleas, the members found appellant guilty of one specification each of use of marijuana and cocaine, in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 912a. He was sentenced to dismissal, confinement for 8 months, and forfeiture of $750.00 per month for 12 months.
