OPINION

LAMBERT, Judge.

Terry L. Hines’s estate appeals the circuit court’s grant of summary judgment against its wrongful-death claim. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm the grant of summary judgment.

Background

Several Louisville City police officers went to the decedent Terry L. Hines’s residence to arrest him pursuant to bench warrants relating to several felony and misdemeanor charges.
