• This action arises from the tragic shooting of Gregory Harrison by Bowling Green Police Officer Keith Casada. The Court has great respect and admiration for the Bowling Green Police Department and law enforcement generally. It is a difficult and dangerous job we ask them to do and most times, they do it exceedingly well. In this case, there is nothing sinister or evil about Officer Casada.
