Appellant, Steven E. Randall, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas adjudicating him a sexual predator pursuant to R.C. Chapter 2950.

On November 16, 1998, appellant was charged by way of information with one count of gross sexual imposition, a felony of the third degree, in violation of R.C. 2907.05. This charge evolved out of a sexual encounter with a twelve-year-old daughter of a female acquaintance.
