MEMORANDUM OPINION OF THE COURT

The trial court entered judgment upon appellants’ conditional guilty pleas to the felony offenses of First Degree Sodomy of a child under twelve (12) years of age and First Degree Sexual Abuse and to the misdemeanor offense of Distribution of Obscene Matter to a Minor.
