APODACA, Judge.

{1} Plaintiff appeals the trial court’s dismissal of her claims and denial of her motion to amend her complaint. Plaintiff sued Defendants for malicious prosecution, false arrest, abuse of process, and negligent supervision. Her motion to amend sought to assert a claim of negligent investigation. These claims arose from Plaintiffs prosecution for forgery and embezzlement of money from her workplace.
