In this putative class action for violations of the California Uniform Trade Secrets Act and related claims, Defendants move to compel arbitration and to stay the action pending arbitration. Plaintiff Up*1176town Drug Company, Inc. (“Uptown”) opposes the motion. For the reasons set forth below, the motion to compel arbitration is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART and the motion to stay the action pending arbitration is GRANTED.
