The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were jointly tried and convicted in the district court of Dewey county for the crime of manslaughter in the first degree, and each sentenced to serve a term of 15 years in the state penitentiary.
The facts disclosed by the record are about as follows: The defendants are brothers, married men, each under the age of 40 years, living on adjoining farms near the town of Leedy. The deceased, W. H.
