This Wmsfur-related proceeding is before the Court for final disposition following a 27-day trial on damages. In earlier proceedings, summary judgment was granted in favor of plaintiffs1 on the issue of liability. The Court found that certain contracts between the parties—described below—were breached by the enactment of the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act of 1989 (“FIRREA”).
