SUMMARY
Whether temporary health care workers are covered employees within the purview of the unemployment compensation statutes is an issue of first impression. This issue arose after Mary Bolin (“Bolin”), a temporary health care worker employed by Reliable Health Care Services of Southern Nevada (“Reliable”), filed for unemployment benefits.
