The Ridings at Whitpain Homeowners Association (Association) and David J. Schiller and Suzann L. Schiller (Schillers) both appeal from the decisions of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County (trial court) which ordered the Schillers to remove their property line fence and reposition the shed on their property, as well as to pay a portion of the Association’s attorney’s fees and costs.
