The issue raised in this appeal is whether the trial court properly held that the officers of BEC Corporation (BEC), Irvin A. Shiner and Michael Shiner, are personally liable under the Connecticut Water Pollution Control Act, General Statutes § 22a-416 et seq. (act). The plaintiffs, BEC, Irvin A.
