MEMORANDUM OPINION
KOLLAR-KOTELLY, District Judge.
Plaintiff Leslie Atkins, d/b/a Leslie Atkins Communications, Inc., brought this action against Defendants Benson J. Fischer, the Fischer Organization, Inc., and the Fischer Brewing Company, Inc. (collectively, “Defendants”), alleging copyright infringement in the commercial use of six-pack carrier and bottle designs for a product called “Redneck Beer” in violation of the Copyright Act of 1973, 17 U.S.C. § 102, and Section 43(a) of the Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a).
