— This was an action brought by the appellants against the appellees in the Floyd Circuit Court on a Petition for Writ of Certiorari, as an appeal from a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of New Albany, Indiana. The appellee, Bonnie Sloan •Post No. 28, The American Legion, Department of Indiana, was granted a variance on its petition filed with the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of New Albany, Indiana, to change the zoning classification of its property from R-5 Residential to C-l Commercial.
