Appellants and defendants below, Adam Yogt and wife, own a number of parcels of real estate in the city of Louisville, Ky., one of wbicb is located at the southwest corner of Jefferson and Seventh streets another at the same corner of Sixth and Jefferson streets, while still another is located at Third and Liberty streets.
