FINDINGS OF FACT

Stipulation

1. That the plaintiff, Victor Jackson, is a resident of the County of Pulaski, State of Arkansas.

2. That the amount in controversy in question exceeds the sum of $10,000.00.

3. That on or. about the 10th day of October, 1974, the plaintiff, Victor Jackson, entered the Veterans Administration Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas, for the removal of a lipoma on his right flank.
