This appeal is from an order sustaining separate, demurrers of appellees to appellant’s petition, and from judgment in favor of appellees.

*213The action was instituted in the district court. It sought to impress a judgment lien on the net part of an heir’s distributive share of an estate, prior to final order of distribution by the probate court.
