DECISION OF THE COURT

THEIS, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a ruling of the Bankruptcy Referee disallowing appellant’s claim to a security interest in certain personal property and ordering that appellant’s claim be treated; as an unsecured obligation. The Trustee now moves the Court to dismiss the appeal on the ground that appellant has failed to designate the record and issues on appeal as required by Rule 806, Bankruptcy Rules.
