The company defends upon the ground that in consequence of the nonpayment of the interest due on the notes given by the insured for premiums, the policy became forfeited. The action was to recover three-tenths of the sum named in the policy, less the amount of the outstanding loan notes. The policy was on the ten-year-payment plan, and bore date March 29,1870.
