ARTERTON, District Judge.
Christopher Plummer has filed a petition under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 requesting relief from a final order of deportation. For the reasons set forth below, the petition is denied.
I. Background
Plummer, a native and citizen of Jamaica, entered the United States on August 26, 1992. On May 12, 2000, he pled guilty to larceny in the second degree, in violation of Conn.
