This matter comes before the Court on the motion of defendants Hall-Houston Oil Co. (“Hall-Houston”) and Gary L. Hall (“Hall”) for summary judgment to dismiss the complaint and all its claims, the motion of defendants Hall-Houston and Hall to limit the class and to dismiss the claims of the settling plaintiffs, the motion of defendants Robert E. Swanson (“Swanson”) and Ridgewood Energy Corp.
