THIS MATTER is before the Court on Plaintiffs J. Carl Cooper (“Cooper”) and eCharge Licensing, LLC’s (“eCharge”) (collectively “Plaintiffs”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 3) and Defendant Michelle K. Lee’s (“Defendant”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 14).
