Plaintiff Texas International Airlines, Inc. (hereinafter “TIA”) brings this action against the Airline Pilots’ Association (hereinafter “ALPA”) and the Association of Flight Attendants 1 (hereinafter “AFA”) to vacate an award of the Texas International Airlines Flight Attendants’ System Board of Adjustment (hereinafter “the System Board”) pursuant.to Section 204 of the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C. § 184 (1972) (hereinafter “the Act”).
