Plaintiff Air Line Pilots Association (“ALPA”) 1 brings this action to compel defendant Precision Valley Aviation, Inc. (“PVA”) to arbitrate, pursuant to section 204 of the Railway Labor Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 184 (West 1986), a dispute arising under its collective bargaining agreement (the “Agreement”) with pilots employed by PVA.
