The appellant was found guilty by a jury of the offense of knowingly receiving stolen property in violation of § 560.270, RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S., and was sentenced to a term of one year imprisonment in the County Jail. From this judgment he appeals, assigning two grounds relied upon for reversal, the first being that the jury verdict was not supported by substantial or sufficient evidence and the second that his motion to suppress evidence should have been sustained because the evidence used against him on the trial was the product of an illegal search warrant…
